Why gardening is good for you

There is the common misconception, that if you install artificial grass then you dislike gardening; this could not be further from the truth! Also, if you are getting your hands dirty in the flower beds, the germs and grime can actually be beneficial; think of it as a training session for your white blood cells. By exposing yourself to dirt and germs, your immune system will be all the stronger for it.
